Today, I decided to make a batch of Cocoa Krispie Treats to snack on after my morning 6 mile run. How hard could it be making a snack that requires only 3 ingredients: 3 tablespoons of butter, 10 ounces of marshmallows and 6 cups of of Kellogg’s Cocoa Krispies. What went wrong? I think the problem were these:
I should have learned my lesson the first time that I used these jumbo size marshmallows in the recipe. I remember that it took forever for them to melt the last time so I thought that cutting them into fours would solve the melting problem.
