Greetings and salutations to the people out there checking in here at Fittitude Freedom! I just wanted to start this post by saying thank you for taking time out of your busy day to read what’s going on in my life. I realize that my posts are not as consistent as I would like them to be; but, I am going to make an effort to post more than once a week. If there are topics you would like me to write about, just let me know in the comments and I will see what I can do.

I know that I still have lots to do when it comes to formatting my little home here in the blogosphere. I hope that I can gain a few tips on how to do some tricks of the trade from some of the blogging gurus at the Healthy Living Summit this weekend. Since I started this blog it has been self learn and I have managed to amaze myself when I figure out how to integrate a new feature or plugin; but, I know there is so much more I could do to enhance the overall appearance and navigation for your eyes and fingers.
Converting to the self hosted platform was not as easy as I thought it would be. I guess I underestimated how long it would take to do certain tasks and often want to pull my hair out because I wasted hours trying to learn how to do something basic. It can only get better, right? One can only hope.
