Thank you for checking out my blog Fittitude2Freedom. My name is Kathleen and I started this blog to document my life, observations, and passion for living a healthy and happy life. I am a former heath care administrator with a MBA that turned healthy living blogger and full-time student with a healthy Mind & Body Attitude. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University with the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. I will share stories with you covering topics that relate to food, nutrition, fitness, family, school, friends, fashion, finance, fun and much more. I have been running for thirty plus years and training for triathlons for the last four. Simply stated, running would be considered a close friend that is near and dear to my heart whereas the triathlon is just an acquaintance. My love for good food and wine is the reason why I exercise so much. My goal in life is to live in the present and approach each day with positive fittitude.
